No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be restricted from rebooking.

If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 5 days and we’ll be happy to schedule a fix.
Product returns are accepted within 7 days if unused and unopened, with receipt.

These Terms and Conditions govern the membership offered by Timeless Salon and Spa Inc. to individual clients ("Members"). By enrolling in the membership programme, you ("the Member") agree to the following terms.
The Membership is a month-to-month program that offers exclusive benefits, discounts, and rewards for active members.
Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the individual named on the account.
Membership fees are billed automatically each month to the credit card on file.
Billing occurs on the same calendar date each month as your original sign-up date.
Memberships may be canceled at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@betimeless.ca
If canceled after the billing date, the membership remains active until the end of the current paid month.
Membership benefits (discounts, loyalty points, or complimentary add-ons) apply only while the membership is active.
Benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers unless otherwise stated.
Unused monthly benefits do not roll over to the next month.
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
All appointments booked under the membership must follow Timeless Salon and Spa’s regular booking and cancellation policy, including required notice periods for rescheduling or cancellations.
Timeless Salon and Spa reserves the right to change membership terms, benefits, or pricing at any time with 30 days’ notice to active members.
The business also reserves the right to modify or terminate the Membership Program entirely with 30 days’ notice.
